Induction Coils
Thermatool offers a wide range of induction coils optimized for HF induction welding.
Manufactured from high conductivity copper, they provide excellent durability and are suitable for various materials and product sizes.
They support power ratings from 50 kW to 2 MWand operating frequencies from 150 kHz to 800 kHz, with custom designs available upon request.
Impeders
A comprehensive range of impeders is available to suit various tube and pipe welding applications.
Proper selection and installation significantly improve welding efficiency.
To maintain optimal performance of the ferrite core, effective cooling is essential.
The coolant temperature is recommended to be kept below 25°C.
Ferrites
High-quality ferrites are provided to support high-performance impeders required for high-speed production environments.
Four different types are available, with custom cutting options upon request.
